What we collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal data we process is the email address you submit through the newsletter form.
Newsletter
- Purpose: sending occasional updates about the SOOOT Box – news around Dutch Design Week and notice when the product becomes available.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via double opt-in. We log the confirmation to be able to prove it.
- Processor: Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; you can also email us.
Hosting
This site is served by IONOS SE. The provider processes IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery. Logs are retained for a maximum of 8 weeks.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact: info@three-2-one.com. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
